Critics Review
:Akhanda 2 is a full-blown Boyapati Sreenu mass entertainer that blends high-voltage action with mythological elements. The film picks up right after the events of the 2021 blockbuster Akhanda, taking the battle of good vs. evil into a darker and more intense territory.
Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Performance:-
Balakrishna dominates the screen with his powerful persona, fierce dialogue delivery, and divine aura. Even when the screenplay wavers, his strong presence holds the film together. Fans of NBK will especially enjoy his larger-than-life portrayal.
Action & Visuals:-
This is the film’s strongest area.
The action scenes are grand, loud, and designed for theatre excitement.
The background score elevates every mass moment.
Visually, the movie maintains the trademark “divine mass” vibe the first part was famous for.
Story & Screenplay:-
The weakest part of the film.
The storyline is predictable and lacks novelty.
The first half suffers from slow pacing.
Several scenes feel stretched, and some dialogues come across as overly dramatic.
